Sweetheart I’m sorry but there is no such thing as a quick fix. If you want that dream body, you have to be PATIENT and wake up every morning and fight for it. No yummy sugar loaded cereal for breakfast. No pho, In-N-Out or Panda Express for lunch. No pizza for dinner either. And for my Hmong food lovers, yes you, NO Rice! Honey, you will have to say no to a few things in order to say yes to taking care of your body. But don’t worry, if you work hard and stay focus, I guarantee you that your dream body can’t wait to meet you either! It will all be worth the fight, promise.
